  • During the kick-off session, we together determine where you are at the moment and where you want to be in the near future (KPI’s).
  • We talk about your ideal customer and see if your current approach to reach them is the right one
  • We identify your biggest competitor and define why they are so successful
  • I look at all your marketing communications and give feedback on your website, blog, posts and other content so that your positioning is correct
  • After 2 weeks, we sit together again and I show you the worked out marketing plan and we work on the next steps
  • Through the weekly accountability document you stay on track and I can closely monitor your progress.
  • For 3 months, I'm available on WhatsApp or email.
